*Alcohol stops the creation of a hormone called ADH. This hormone tells your kidneys to reabsorb water while filtering fluids.
Yes alcohol, means no ADH, which means you p*ss out a lot of water.
Weed can slow down ADH creation, but this is drasticly less intense or even noticable and much less a sure-thing than with alcohol. In some cases it may even have positive effects.
